What is not included
Tuition, exam fees and school application fees are paid by the client directly to the school. OceanGo does not collect large tuition payments. Schools decide admissions independently.
Who delivers the service
The contracting entity and the detailed delivery list are confirmed in writing before signing. Schools deliver and charge for education directly. For regulated services: Licensed providers deliver to and charge the client directly; OceanGo only coordinates and organises documents. The client contracts directly with the licensed provider.
Timing and refunds
Full cases receive at least one formal status update each week. Requests for further information from authorities or schools are communicated within 1 working day of receipt. See the Refund Policy for refund rules.
Documents and account security
We will never ask for or keep your passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs) or recovery codes for Singpass, Corppass or other government accounts, or for your bank or securities accounts. You sign in and verify yourself; we can then help you complete the necessary steps, in person or by screen sharing. Where an official authorisation route exists, such as Corppass third-party authorisation, we act for you through that route. Please submit sensitive documents through the access-controlled upload channel we provide separately. We do not keep such documents in WeChat, WhatsApp, group chats or email on a long-term basis.
