Who this is for
Families considering government schools through AEIS/S-AEIS, international schools or private schools who need a route comparison.
Who this is not for
Families who have chosen a school and need enrolment administration alone, or who expect an admission outcome as the service deliverable.
What is included
- One online consultation of approximately 60 minutes.
- A written route comparison and suggested school range.
- An application timeline, document checklist and explanation of cost components. Tuition follows each school’s published information.
What is not included
School application handling, Student’s Pass applications and exam tutoring are outside this assessment. Authorities and schools independently decide admissions and place allocation; OceanGo does not influence the outcome.
Who delivers the service
Delivered and charged by OCEANGO PTE. LTD.
Timing and refunds
The written assessment is delivered within 5 working days after all required information is complete. The entitlement is valid for 90 days. A full refund applies before work starts; once started but not delivered, refunds follow the completed work stages. No refund applies after formal delivery. If delivery has not occurred more than 10 working days after all required information is complete, the client may request a full refund. The launch offering uses the standard assessment schedule.
Documents and account security
We will never ask for or keep your passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs) or recovery codes for Singpass, Corppass or other government accounts, or for your bank or securities accounts. You sign in and verify yourself; we can then help you complete the necessary steps, in person or by screen sharing. Where an official authorisation route exists, such as Corppass third-party authorisation, we act for you through that route. Please submit sensitive documents through the access-controlled upload channel we provide separately. We do not keep such documents in WeChat, WhatsApp, group chats or email on a long-term basis.
