This notice distinguishes the Hong Kong entity’s role from this website’s data processing and does not replace the Singapore Privacy Policy. Necessary access and security logs generated when you browse the site, and communications you send voluntarily by email or other contact channels, remain within this website’s processing scope. The Hong Kong entity not collecting data through this website does not mean that the website processes no personal data.

For access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion requests or other privacy questions about this website’s data processing, contact OCEANGO PTE. We will never ask for or keep your passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs) or recovery codes for Singpass, Corppass or other government accounts, or for your bank or securities accounts. You sign in and verify yourself; we can then help you complete the necessary steps, in person or by screen sharing. Where an official authorisation route exists, such as Corppass third-party authorisation, we act for you through that route. Please submit sensitive documents through the access-controlled upload channel we provide separately. We do not keep such documents in WeChat, WhatsApp, group chats or email on a long-term basis.
